S7 Flash, provision, calibrate

Proposed work instruction for a line that doesn't exist yet. Times are targets.

Equipment: USB-C pogo fixture; flashing PC; acoustic box for mic calibration (94 dB SPL at 1 kHz); six-face tilt table for IMU calibration.

Steps

1. Flash firmware and provision the unit ID (op:flash-provision). Method: over USB-C; unit ID written to eFuse. Target 24 s.
2. Calibrate the two mics (op:mic-cal). Method: reference tone in an acoustic box. Target 10 s.
3. Calibrate the motion sensor (op:imu-cal). Method: six-face tilt. Target 6 s.

Watch for

• Unit ID provisioned twice or not at all (fm:id-twice, RPN 24).
