Privacy
Last updated 1 November 2026.
Open Product is run by N+1 Labs. This page says what we keep about you, why, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and your handle. If you sign in with GitHub or Google, we also get your name and avatar from them. We don't get your password.
- What you add to your profile: name, affiliation, website, bio. All optional, and all shown publicly on your profile.
- What you upload: your OPDs, their files, and the history of every commit.
- Sign-in records: when you signed in, and the IP address and browser that did it. We use them to keep accounts safe.
We don't run ads, and we don't sell or rent anything about you. There are no tracking cookies. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in.
Who can see it
- A private OPD is visible only to you, and to our staff when they review it, look into a report, or must by law.
- A public OPD, and your profile, can be seen by anyone.
- Your email address is never shown publicly.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores accounts, OPDs and files, in the United States.
- Cloudflare serves the site.
- Resend sends sign-in emails.
- GitHub and Google, only if you choose to sign in with them.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it, your profile and your private OPDs within 30 days. Anything you published was released under its license, so copies people already took stay with them. We remove it from Open Product.
