Open Product is run by N+1 Labs. By making an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.

Your account

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what's uploaded from your account.

What you upload stays yours

You keep every right you have in what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it, and show it to the people you've let see it. That's only you while an OPD is private. When you publish an OPD, it's released under the license named in it, and anyone may use it on those terms.

What you can't upload

• Anything you don't have the right to share.
• Anything you've agreed to keep confidential, such as a maker's drawings under an NDA.
• Personal information about other people.
• Firmware, keys, or anything meant to get around a product's security.
• Malware, or files disguised as something they aren't.
• Anything controlled for export, or anything illegal where you or we are.

Review, reports and takedowns

Every OPD starts private. A person reviews each one before it goes public, and we can decline to publish anything. If something on Open Product is yours, wrong about you, or shouldn't be here, email hello@openproduct.co. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

Every value in an OPD says where it came from and how far to trust it, and some are estimates. Open Product is provided as is. Check anything before you rely on it, above all for safety. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it.

Changes

The service will change while we build it. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. You can delete your account at any time.
