S8 Functional test, mark, pack

Proposed work instruction for a line that doesn't exist yet. Times are targets.

Equipment: functional tester with an RF shield box; reference wireless charger; laser marker; pack bench.

Steps

1. Functional test: button, touch, ring, haptic, IMU, wired and wireless charge, audio loopback, RF check (op:functional-test). Method: scripted test over USB; RF in a shield box; a reference wireless charger. Target 40 s.
2. Laser-mark the unit QR on the base rim (op:laser-mark). Method: fibre laser, then a read-back. Target 6 s.
3. Pack with the cable and card; no back ships (op:pack). Method: by hand. Target 10 s.

Watch for

• Radio check passes a detuned antenna (fm:rf-detune, RPN 90).
• QR unreadable (fm:qr-unreadable, RPN 18).
