S4 Speaker and haptic

Proposed work instruction for a line that doesn't exist yet. Times are targets.

Equipment: bench dispenser with a bead camera; placement jig.

Steps

1. Dispense adhesive for the speaker and haptic (op:adhesive-dispense). Method: two beads, camera-checked. Target 8 s.
2. Place the speaker (op:speaker-place). Method: jig-located, 5 s hold. Target 5 s.
3. Place the haptic motor (op:haptic-place). Method: jig-located. Target 5 s.

Watch for

• Adhesive bead touches the speaker cone (fm:adhesive-on-cone, RPN 72).
