S6 Close the sealed base

Proposed work instruction for a line that doesn't exist yet. Times are targets.

Equipment: closing press with force monitoring; magnet polarity gauge.

Steps

1. Close the sealed base (op:base-close). Method: three snaps, force-monitored press. Target 8 s.
2. Check magnet polarity and pogo pad height (op:polarity-check). Method: polarity gauge and height gauge. Target 4 s.

Watch for

• Battery lead pinched when the base closes (fm:wire-pinch, RPN 72).
• Magnet missing or polarity reversed (fm:magnet-flip, RPN 30).
